    • The La Rochelle residence is open all year round. It is located in the heart of the city, 200m from the port, the train station and the La Rochelle aquarium.

      It offers a heated indoor swimming pool accessible every day. The apartments are fully equipped. Basic WIFI is included.

      The service includes bed sheets, bathroom linen, a maintenance kit, end-of-stay cleaning except the kitchen area.

      Breakfast, at an additional cost, can be taken in a dedicated area located next to the swimming pool.

      The residence has parking at an additional cost and by reservation only.
      A seminar room is available upon reservation for your events.

    Reception staff absolutely charming and helpful. This does not compensate: - a swimming pool without heating which means that we are literally freezing, where there is no recreational equipment for children (fries, or boards, etc.), an absence of a small pool for children and a literally disgusting coffee - wifi that works very poorly and - a laundromat with washing machines that spin extremely poorly Many many things to review deeply
