Accompanied by his partner Xavier Pichon and the Best Apprentice in France 2019 Baker, Timoté Bourre, Amaury offers 100% artisanal creations, where quality and respect for seasonality are at the heart of each creation.
In this exceptional pastry shop, you can discover a range of refined little cakes, between €5.90 and €7.50, as well as desserts to share, made from natural ingredients.
On the bakery side, head baker Timoté Bourre enhances sourdough breads and 100% organic pastries, made from local flours, with prices ranging from €1.50 to €6.90 depending on the products.
