During our 3 days stay in la Rochelle this summer we tried a bit of everything every morning and were not once disappointed, everything is excellent, croissants, pastries, baguette.. We especially loved the focaccia, plus special mention for the signature desert, no less than unforgettable, I would travel back all the way to La Rochelle just for that one. The clerk was also friendly .

Sublime shop, everything is neat and tidy. The pastries are tempting! That day we were content with pastries, but we will come back to taste the cakes or the bread (there is notably a sports bread, if we arrive early enough!).

A new pastry that is worth the detour! Ideally located near the central market, this brand mainly offers pastries, pastries, and breads. And also savory: savory croissants and quiches (no less than 4 different choices). Tasted and validated: the chicken/mushroom/zucchini quiche (not too salty and ideal portion) and the apricot tartlet (generous in fruit, local and organic, what's more!), simply delicious. The welcome was friendly. I went there early, not everything was available for sale yet, so I will go back because I really want to taste other pastries!
