We stayed with our entire family for more than a week at Slow Village for our wedding on the Ile de Ré. AND all of our guests were accommodated for the wedding. We were welcomed and treated like kings throughout our stay by the ENTIRE Slow Village team! Pure happiness! Smiling, attentive, available people who are always ready to help and offer quick solutions to all our requests. A special mention to the chef who served us a memorable post-wedding brunch and to Hugo who served us in the restaurant with a smile and good humor every time we came! Truly a top team in a quiet place conducive to rest. THANK YOU to the whole team!

Really love the concept and we were happy with our trip. I would suggest the mattress covers are not breathable, making hot nights pretty tough. I'd suggest they provide, even at a fee, fans for units. Kids activities often can't be signed up for but got oversubscribed, which should be resolved with a sign up process, vs which parent shoves to the front bc there isn't even a proper queue process. Only facility complaint is the temperature of the pool, even on very hot days at the end of the season.. It's just so big and not being heated it stays pretty chilly.

It is a perfect place for a young family to relax and holiday. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, and the pool is spacious and easy to enjoy by children of all ages. Food and Drink on site is excelent and enough to support a whole day with plenty of supermarkets a short bike away.
