  Room was dusty, skirting boards, tops of wardrobe, vmc. Needs painting, we took room 122 Not all the facilities advertised where available mostly the iron.. it's bad to go out creased for s nice meal, ended up buying an iron and compact board. For the price I'd expect better, could have taken a nice hotel for 100 Euro a night for s couple over a week. No water for the coals in the spa Plus side got extra bedding on request, and the parking underground was great 👍

  the worst accommodation i have stayed in France. the rooms where mentioned when reserved had Air-condition (climatisation) but it didnt work at all. when asked they said there is some technical problem. But whem i checked previous reviews i realized manu people had same experience ans this cannot be a coincidence. so if you wish to have air-conditioning sont expect at all even. they provided fan but it cannot be compared to air-conditioning. they didnt offer anu compensation. also the cleanliness is worst. the management doesnt seems to care at all about maintaining the property. from the main entrance windows to the rooms balcony its very dirty. never going back to this hotel. Good point: Decent Location Pool looked neat Friendly staff attitude (even though they did nothing to our request)

  We had a fantastic one night stay here. Our room was upstairs and was very well equipped and comfortable. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the chateau gardens. The receptionist was very helpful and there was plenty of onsite free parking. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.
