In La Tremblade, available at any time of the year, two pretty holiday homes of 55 ^m2, single storey with sunny and enclosed terrace and garden . Located in a quiet environment, less than 2 km from the city center, all amenities and the daily market, close to the beaches and Ronce-les-Bains.

The first ideal for couples has a beautiful bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed. A large bathroom with vanity unit, walk-in shower and toilet. The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, dining room with all comfort and light.

The second can accommodate 2 to 4 people, it consists of two bedrooms each with a 160x200 cm bed. A large bathroom with vanity unit, walk-in shower and toilet. The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, dining room with all comfort and light.

Facilities : free WIFI, TV, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, etc.

Non-smoking house. Pets not allowed.

Rates and availability:
From June to September and during school holidays, rental is possible by the week only (from €450 to €800 per week). The rest of the year, 2 to 4 nights minimum depending on the period (from €55 to €100 per night).

• 25% deposit upon reservation.
• Local tourist tax to be paid on site on the day of your arrival.
• Security deposit of €400 returned on the day of your departure.
• Cleaning deposit of €80 returned on the day of your departure if the cleaning is carried out properly.
• Bed and bath linen are not provided, paid option available on request: sheets €20/bed and towels €20 for 2 people.
