The Plage des Huttes is accessible by bike, via the cycle path. You can swim there, there is sand in some places and pebbles as you approach the cliffs. It is supervised in summer and appreciated by windsurfers and board sports enthusiasts in general. It is not far from the Chassiron lighthouse, it is the last beach before the northern tip of the island.
