    • The Paléosite first interpretation center in Europe and one of the most modern in the world thanks to contemporary technologies.

Come and experience prehistory as if you were there.

On the program of your visit:
An interior journey in an air-conditioned space of 2000 m², including three cinematographic rooms and two interactive rooms (projections on large screens, virtual reality, quizzes, comparison workshops, life-size prehistoric animals…).

A shaded outdoor course in a natural site of 18 hectares with reconstructions of prehistoric habitats and daily entertainment: Lighting the fire, flint cutting, parietal art, shooting with a propellant. Participatory workshops are offered on certain days by reservation at reception; clay modeling, archaeological excavations every morning, live my life as a Neanderthal, hunter's trail...

Without forgetting the guided tour of the archaeological site, an authentic place of discovery, which comes back to the fore every summer with the excavation campaigns planned this year from mid-June to mid-July 2023; you will then be able to observe the archaeologists in action!

A family outing dedicated to knowledge and fun in a protected natural setting.

The average length of visit is 3 to 4 hours.

Pas assez d'attractions pour des adolescents et trop d'attente entre les 3 animations qui dure 10- 15 minutes.
