At Burger Voyageur, newly installed in Marans, offers a menu of burgers with fresh and local products. We are proud to work with Mr Pouponnot, a Marandais butcher breeder and his Parthenaise cow. For bread, we work with Mr and Mrs Archereau, bakers on Ile d'Elle (neighbouring town). Finally, for dessert, nothing better than ice cream and sorbets from La Ferme Glacée de Surgères created by Séverine Lalot. Her husband operating a dairy cow farm, Séverine took charge of the transformation of milk into ice cream and frozen desserts. We are also pleased to collaborate with L'œuf de Marans and La Ferme de Saint-Fiacre for the ingredients of the homemade burger sauce.
