In the Martineau family, there are parents who have been living at the Moulin de Migré for 14 years. And then there is Florian, the youngest of the family. He decided four years ago to take up the torch with his wife, Chloé. Coming from the finest establishments, the chef and his wife breathe new life into it that delights discerning palates.
