On the site of the old sea urchin, you will have the opportunity to sit on a fabulous shaded terrace facing the sea...

Our production awaits you there for a tasting to the rhythm of the tides, view of the ocean or the foreshore. We also offer you delicious shellfish preparations depending on the day's arrival, as well as various sweets that we have selected for you from our artisans and island producers.

Tastings are open from April to November, without reservation. You can also find our products on the market stalls in La Flotte or at the central market in La Rochelle.

And if you want to prolong the pleasure, our shop will open its doors to you… You will find the whole range of our production there: Fines, Specials and COCKTAIL oysters. But also local products, as well as live shellfish in tanks...

From the open sea: This is an exceptional product, crunchy and fleshy, revealing a subtle scent of hazelnut. These oysters are grown on lines, permanently submerged.
