Very bad reception!! On vacation in the region with friends, we wanted to have a drink with a sea view. When we arrived, the tables and chairs were initially not cleaned (full of pollen). After sitting on the terrace, we waited a while before the waitress came to see us, knowing that the terrace was far from full. When she finally comes to see us she asks us if we have chosen what we want to drink, says “great” and leaves without having finally taken our order. After several more minutes of waiting, she came back to take our order, and this time for real. Having all 4 chosen alcoholic drinks, she asks us for identity documents (which is completely understandable) which are presented to her in person or in a photo for some. She later adds that it is normal that we were not able to enter the casino because we did not all have our cards with us. In addition, she adds “you came to have a drink on the terrace because you were refused access to the casino”. However, we never tried to go in there just wanting to have a drink. We found this comment very inappropriate. And it’s not over yet! We still waited another 15-20 minutes to be served. Luckily the mojitos were good. Very bad experience!
