The reputation of barrier casinos has taken a serious hit with that of Royan. We had a drink along the bay windows and frankly the housekeeping leaves something to be desired. The Venetian blinds are filled with dust and the bottom of the bay window contains dust but also leftovers from meals. Not very hygienic for a casino. Mr. Director, come out of your office and go and inspect the restaurant room. Or change the teams that are half cleaning. Sincerely.
