    Great reception from Valentine in English who looked after a gang of us. No fuss, just did what was needed. Each bike has lock and granny basket. Valentine sent us off with a reassurance that he'd come get us if there was any snag and sent us on our way with a smile and wave.

    Fantastic customer service from Tom on arrival who offered a great circular itinerary suitable for our fitness levels. He obviously loves his job as he is so upbeat, happy and friendly. Bikes were super smooth and on return valentine made sure we were happy and even provided a welcome peach iced tea to cool us down. The office is only 5 steps from the gangplank at the ferry from La Rochelle and booking online in advance d offers a 10% discount and easy to translate their website. Highly recommend thank you both.

    Excelent bike rental service, situated in the centre of St Martin de Ré. Cheaper than renting locally from campsites. Big thank you to Valentin for the service!!
