    Bad experience this October 28. 2 bikes reserved and paid in advance online at Beach Bikes. On the big day, the store in question was exceptionally closed (at Portes en Ré). No one bothered to warn us. I had to call 6 times to finally get someone on the line. Without apologizing at all for the inconvenience, he couldn't know when they could deliver bikes... Lost morning for us. And since then a dead letter. No one called back or responded to an email requesting a refund. We are very disappointed. And commercially it is unacceptable.
