  Les Cabanes Urbaines welcome curious people, explorers, innovators, young and old, from Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1:30 a.m., Sundays and public holidays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  
  (Important: Shoes are mandatory for Camp4. Climbing shoes or ballet-style shoes. Rental possible at reception from size 25.)

Review your welcome... I was looking for a space to work outside the home, so I came in to inquire. I clearly had the impression of disturbing the young man at reception, neither smiling nor warm, and obviously not very inclined to introduce me to the concept of the place. I entered with a smile hoping to find a nice place and I left disappointed, I won't come back.

Very nice place in spirit (claimed as "collaborative") spoiled by extremely unpleasant staff who are literally shouting at each other. Palme d'Or to the boy with glasses who distributes the climbing shoes.

Money machine: I lost 4 child tickets, i.e. €36, because they were not used within the time limit. The aim of the notebook is to pay less… What is the solution? Force the children to come? So I had to buy a new child entry that day with the rental of the shoes despite the history of the notebooks purchased. I sent a first email to find out if it was possible to recover these 4 entries. No response. I sent the same email back a few weeks later. No response either. It's been over a month. We won't come anymore because I don't understand such little consideration for people. Especially in a place focused on living well together, diversity and all that… in short, urban cabins are a money machine. Force your children to come otherwise your tickets will be taken away! It is possible that here I will eventually obtain a response from you to my comment because you are very focused on the image sent back to potential clients and their portfolio.
