Good reception (on the phone and on site). Safe transportation. Schedules respected. Spent a lovely half day on the island of Aix. Mission accomplished.

Too bad we can't give zero... One star is already too much for these kinds of individuals without any ounce of humanity, good humor and above all, without any smile or joie de vivre!!! It could be seen on their faces. In particular, the young Captain of the boat and his sidekick who is as moody as he is unpleasant!! If you don't like people, you don't like your job or you've had a bad day, we have absolutely nothing to do with it!! Do not work in a public transport service!! Especially in a place as touristy as this... But don't charge it to customers who allow you to eat at the end of the month!! A minimum of respect and knowing how to live, life is beautiful gentlemen!! I am one of the four passengers (yes only four, no crowds, you will understand why) on the 4 p.m. return to Île d'Aix / Fouras with my daughter on Saturday December 21, 2024 ;) You can't go wrong, whatever. that... I was in black and white jogging pants and my daughter had a coat with a furry hood. My daughter just wanted to look inside the cabin and see what a rudder looked like with her own eyes in reality (a childhood dream for her to gaze into the cabin of a boat like this, like a real captain holding his rudder) who saw himself collapse in the space of half a second with tears in his eyes! I explain: So she knocked on the booth to ask if she could just watch. The young man who was holding the rudder turned around, muttering something not very Catholic and sighing (The joy of living set in when she knocked on the door!! Bad day sir?). His sidekick, as cheerful as he was smiling and very pleasant, then came to open the door for us with extraordinary aggression!! My daughter was scared and suddenly held my arm, to tell you the truth (but it's not a joke)!! WHAT YOU WANT THERE!!!!! (Yes, review the scene carefully, memorize the scene carefully, exercise your brain (perhaps not in your sailor's ropes?) and above all, review carefully the way in which you spoke to us and sent us off to stay polite, dear Sir. This is simply UNACCEPTABLE!! I didn't even have time to say: "Hello, the little one would like"... For this individual to cut me off and literally yell at me like I was his dog: NO!!!! COME ON !!! THIS IS FORBIDDEN TO THE PUBLIC!!!! And the door slams in our faces... Superb, no? Where are we going seriously? That it is forbidden to the public of course, that you have procedures to respect of course, that there are internal regulations of course and we can understand it, we are not stupid. But also know that there are ways to say it and ways to do it! There is also the fact of knowing how to be a minimum human, having an ounce of humanity and knowing how to please strangers, this is called knowing how to live in a community... It is unfortunately because of people who are so bitter about life that you that our world is going so badly these days, it's very sad!! Just to inform you that your competitors with whom we had made the crossing in May 2024 (high season however) who moreover are much nicer, more pleasant and smiling, CAME DIRECTLY to ask my other 11 year old daughter to come in the cabin to navigate the boat. So, mentalities are different and yet in the same region, that's why I wouldn't make any amalgamations... Either way, a ZERO score!! A public service? Private company? Review your ways of doing things, because at €20 round trip per person, you should invest and opt to enroll your employees in training in tourism and commercial communication or in relationships! This will help them with human relationships. Even fish drown when they see the joy of life on your faces!! Word to the wise and see you soon :)

Very practical, a little expensive and not enough shuttle during low periods. Beware of poorly indicated times
