  Very disappointed by our experience, when we arrived, we found sheets stained black, and trash under the bed. During brunch, more mishaps, the air conditioning was working at full capacity (malfunction) but no one offered to move us before we asked. The room manager who took away our plates without asking us if we had finished while I was still eating. 2 dogs who show up in the dining room and wander everywhere...No one wishes us a Happy New Year when we wake up on New Year's Day. We have a 6 year old child, when I called to book, I was told that there would be a playroom for children for New Year's Day, ultimately no, they announced a pool with water at 29 degrees, ultimately it did not exceed 24-25 degrees. Smells of cooking and rotten eggs wafting into the room. Nothing was going well, we had one bad surprise after another. It closes for a year for work, the motivation must be gone before then. The only positive point is the extremely kind lady at the reception of the thalassotherapy center with blue eyes at payment, thank you very much for your kindness.

  The hotel is located on a beautiful beach, 20m from the water's edge. Stunning. Advantage of having a spa and a superb swimming pool for swimming, doing aquatic physical activities for adults, rare!
