  Our stay was very pleasant. The location is perfect. Quite remote for calm, seen on the park, very close to the city center a few minutes on foot. The staff listens and understands what the words meaning of service mean. Another big thank you to Henri

  Since I was a sailor, we left the ship at this port (La Rochelle) and the agency the company agreed with brought us to the hotel. The hotel is generally very nice. The staff is friendly. The inside of the room is clean and tidy. There was only one problem: There was an insect on the window sill in the room. I took a picture of the insect and reported the situation to the receptionist. He came and cleaned the insects and left. Dinner and breakfast were just fine.

  Located a stone's throw from the city center, Le Novotel offers tranquility and simplicity. The bedding is comfortable and the room is very spacious and clean. Its staff is outgoing, courteous, friendly and very kind. Thanks to Emilie, Adrienne, Henri and the other staff at table service, in the rooms or at reception. Special attentions for our 43rd wedding anniversary were right in our hearts. Once again thank you for all this. Once again a BIG THANK YOU, you made our stay as pleasant as possible.
