Le Canard Saintongeais is a duck farm born 28 years ago and taken over by Mr. BÂTY in 2015. Transformed into a cannery since then, the ducks are bred and force-fed traditionally as we did before the transformation. We also brought our personal touch with new products.
Our other materials, such as vegetables, come from the Santone Farm in Saintes, produced by Mr. Manois Pierre.For your health, avoid eating too fatty, too sweet, too salty
