    • At the head of 1,000 hives, Aldo, a beekeeper from father to son, offers a whole range of honeys from his own production.

Chestnut honey, an explosion of flavors and colors... Honey from the Isle of Ré and its slightly tangy side... and many more!

L'Abeille de Ré is also a range of products derived from the hive. You will find cosmetic products based on beeswax, propolis, royal jelly, pollen... Pretty artisanal beeswax candles and also confectionery, caramels, gingerbread, soaps... And all this with the main ingredient: honey!

Little extra: a tasting of the products will be offered to you in store!

So don't hesitate any longer! Come visit us!

The whole team welcomes you to the Miellerie for a moment of conviviality.

Come and discover the world of bees and the work of the beekeeper through guided tours of the honey house.

We haven't forgotten the little ones! Every morning, during the school holidays, children's workshops are organized. They will venture into this fabulous world of bees thanks to a fun visit, a honeyed snack, a candle workshop and possibly a honey extraction (if the season allows it).

      • Guided tours for adults take place every day, from Monday to Friday at 4:30 p.m. Price: €3 / person; under 12s free.
      • Children's workshops take place from Monday to Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. By reservation at the latest the day before.

You will leave with memories full of eyes, ears and taste buds!

      Opening :

      • from April 1st to September 30th: Monday to Sunday: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

So at first glance it seemed very nice to me, perhaps too much so to speak…. I think it’s a big tourist trap! . We spent more than €100, which shows how much we regret our purchases! To the question what is in your pastries -he is the ancestor of the financier! - there are almonds then?? - Yes ! After buying them and tasting them there was no almond at all.😡 To various questions such as the origin of materials such as royal jelly in her honeys she did not know but assured me that it did not come from China. For the soap, all the same, no components, she didn't know and she went so far as to ask me to ask her neighbor who was the manufacturer! We fall on our heads 🤪 Why his flurin nerd stand? Vigilance! Too kind for so little honesty.

We wanted to buy a few pot of honey for breakfast and so happy to find one in the island. They have fairly priced honey pots but the others were a little overpriced.
