All our oysters are raised in France, for 30 to 60 months, then they are matured in our Parks and our Claires located in the Marennes Oléron basin.

We are Producers, Affineurs and Shippers of Marennes Oléron oysters.

With 2 production sites, and more than 10 hectares of oyster farms. We ship our oysters to individuals and professionals throughout the year. We mainly do wholesale, delivery everywhere in France and other countries.

All our packaging is made of PEFC wood, and our waste is rigorously sorted and recycled.

The little story :

At the beginning of the last century, Edouard Rousselot, fisherman, passionate about the sea, embarked on oyster farming. It was from 1947 that his son, Yves, joined him and thus allowed his children, Michelle, Rémy, Dany and Jean-Yves Rousselot to take up the torch a few years later, and to found Les Huitres Rousselot, c ' It was during this period that the company really took off.

Today :

Stéphane, Marie-Laure, Max and the Huitres Rousselot team strive to perpetuate this know-how and this passion that Rémy and his brothers passed on to them. With more than 10 hectares of parks, nearly 4 hectares of Claires, 2 production sites of more than 4000 m², and a total team of 10 people.
