"FaF Annex" is our brand new rental home accessible year round. It is located 30 meters from the ocean. A nice view of it awaits you from the upstairs TV lounge.

The typical and very attractive fishing port of the Cotinière as well as the restaurants and shops welcome you 400 meters from the house. Let yourself be seduced by the pretty, quiet side streets of this characterful Oléronnais village.
Escape by bike (the cycle paths are barely 200 meters away), a garage to store them is at your disposal as well as the private and closed parking space.

Linen and bed linen are provided. A maintenance kit and welcome products are offered to you. The house is fully air conditioned and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a toilet, a kitchen-dining room, a lounge and a TV lounge. The fully equipped kitchen also has a dishwasher, a multi-function robot, a Nespresso coffee machine. A washing machine as well as an iron and ironing board are available. A bluetooth speaker is available as well as USB connections.

The house is fully air conditioned. The air conditioning is reversible depending on the season and only works with doors and windows closed. Access to the heated swimming pool (from mid-April to mid-September, depending on the weather) is free during opening hours from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. You will share the swimming pool with the guests of the hotel which is located 30 meters from the house. The pellet stove is only in service in winter (one bag of pellets offered per stay from 7 nights).
