  Fantastic hotel! 30 seconds to the beach and with an amazing team that greeted us from the second we walked into the building until we left. The hotel is incredibly clean from the terrace to our room even to the balcony it was spotless. All the staff spoke English but were happy to speak to me in my pidgin French without appearing frustrated. Honestly can't thank the staff enough they really make this place. We arrived, were brought to our room shown how to use everything. I didn't really understand a notice. It was about not smoking in the room. So I asked could I smoke on the balcony. Turns out the sign said I could but not inside. The girl laughed and said of course and we have the Ash tray behind the sign. The view from the balcony was fantastic we didn't want to leave and the hotel encourages you to use it and even offers 24 hour room service with drinks for this purpose. For breakfast we decided to have room service for breakfast. It was huge we just took the continental which was more than enough for 2 people. We even stopped to purchase a picture from their shop of local artists on the way to check out. This hotel deserves more than 3 stars honestly whenever we are in Royan this is where we will stay.

  Great place lovely family room. The staff, especially the lady on reception were fantastic. She booked a lovely restaurant for my husbands birthday and was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good too.
