- Located in Saintes, a city of art and history, the Cognac Grosperrin merchant-breeder opens the doors of its cellar on the banks of the Charente. An intimate guided tour where you will discover cognac and its secrets. You will learn about aging, the selection of eaux-de-vie and other little-known aspects of this precious spirit. The visit includes a tasting of our cognacs and fortified musts, the most curious can try their hand at tasting.
  
  Guided tours from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., reservation strongly recommended, free parking
  - “The secrets of cognac” visit: €7 per person
  - “Introduction to tasting” visit: €25 per person

Fantastic tour and cognac tasting. Our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about cognac. He gave us a tour and a very interesting explanation of how cognac is made. Grosperrin is a unique artisan cognac producer and has a nice shop with lots of different wines and cognacs from all over the area. Well worth a vist!
