Monvoisin is a producer restaurant that transforms and promotes local products.

New La Rochelle district “Renaissance” boulevard de Cognehors, opposite the local producers’ shop “Le Panier de nos campagnes”.

Part brasserie, part takeaway kiosk and part café, Monvoisin aims to become the beating heart of this neighbourhood with a “village” feel: a friendly place.
A restaurant (but not only!) based on the principle of short supply chains, where social ties are created, where people come to eat, in all simplicity, but also where people come to chat, have a drink, work, meet...

At Monvoisin, we cook healthy and delicious food.

• eat healthy: know where the products come from, consume fresh products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, favor organic or sustainable agriculture...
• eating responsibly: reducing waste, promoting animal-friendly farming, encouraging the work of small producers, etc.

So eating at Monvoisin is a bit like cooking the products you like and that do you good yourself.
Here, the suppliers are local producers, known and selected for their know-how (partly from the Panier de nos Campagnes). From these seasonal ingredients, Monvoisin concocts healthy recipes, both simple and full of amazing flavors. Sublimating and highlighting the raw materials of a region so generous in natural products (our stars) is a daily source of pride. And if our commitment meets the new concerns of our customers, so much the better!

At Monvoisin, we love cooking local vegetables, legumes, cereals and fruits. Comforting seasonal soups, unexpected vegetable curries, vitamin-packed salads to crunch, risottos and other amazing one-pot pastas made with our own production, our Bléo artisanal pasta! But we also like to enhance the meat from local farmers and seafood caught on our coasts! We have everything on hand, how lucky!
