- This new space takes place in the former Vivres store, classified as a historical monument, which has been completely renovated. Built in the 17th century by the engineer Louis-François Le Vau, architect of the buildings of King Louis XIV and member of the Royal Academy of Architecture, the building has not been modified to respect its authenticity.
  
  Grégory Coutanceau, imagined his new address as a place of moments to share, from lunch to dinner, always with the common thread of seasonal products, from the Charente and south-west regions, favoring the good, the beautiful and the healthy.
  
  The wine bar is housed in a fully renovated vaulted cellar, it offers a real walk in the French vineyards accompanied by a tapas menu for snacking from 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
  
  An experience to live through the products and the sectors put forward, the moments that we will share with you and live around our passion which are the table and the glass! Through this map, you will meet organic wine producers from the different wine regions of France.

very satisfied with the general setting. Contributing to this: the location and layout of the restaurant, THE SKILL AND DISCRETE AMABILITY OF BOTH THE SERVER AND THE SOMMELIER?
