  Family stay in T4 apartment. Remarkable building architecture and ideal location. That's where the positive ends. Leaky flush, blinds that don't work, empty soap dispenser, when we arrived a cup full of cigarette butts on the window, vacuum cleaner that doesn't vacuum at all, we reserved a baby kit (bed + high chair ) who was not there when we arrived. Impossible to access the underground parking with our vehicle equipped with a roof box: 6 weeks after our stay we are still waiting for reimbursement of the parking. The entire staff is now playing dead, including the director. In short, terrible customer service, absolutely not worthy of its 3 stars. Establishment to avoid.

  The two of us stayed in Rochefort for nine days. The location is very good and you can look out over the harbor at breakfast. A really great view. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. If you are very picky, you could do a little more work on cleanliness. It didn't bother us and I saw completely different things. The whole residence looks beautiful, is very quiet and safe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can easily explore the city on foot and, since we were there by car, also the surrounding area. There is a lot to see and the various beaches are fantastic. Especially when you watch the tides ebb and flow. We will definitely come back because the price/performance ratio is right and apparently all the French people in Rochefort and the surrounding area can hardly be surpassed in terms of politeness and friendliness. Thank you France for the great vacation and I will continue to practice vocabulary diligently.
