Reconverted by passion in gastronomy about ten years ago, he learned his skills at Lenôtre and Joël Robuchon. His positions in the luxury hotel industry in Switzerland, notably with Michel Roth at “President Wilson” in Geneva, have forged him a sure and demanding hand.
