With Florian Puglia in the kitchen and Julie Vedrenne in the dining room, Roselières tries to highlight local products and producers as much as possible. Quite simply, the Roselières restaurant reflects the image of the young couple : a technical and elegant cuisine marked by the many and above all beautiful gastronomic experiences of the chef ; a room held between rigor and charm according to Julie's atypical career.
Accompanied by a team of shock, Julie and Florian have therefore chosen a strong concept: a unique menu available in 3, 5 and 7 times. Every month, a new menu highlights new seasonal products. As for the wines, the elegance of the grands crus and the great AOPs rub shoulders with the originality of organic and natural wines.
