During a walk on the old salt marshes, you will learn about different techniques for raising oysters and prawns around historical and naturalist anecdotes: salt sites, the Gallo-Romans, the galloping channels, the crassats d oysters and their oystercatchers, then catering in front of the Claire of the Buissonnière Cabin.
