  Bruno and Manuel welcome you to the farm on the banks of the La Seudre river in the small port of Chaillevette. Surrounded by salt marshes, our parks are perfectly positioned to offer you refined or iodized oysters. Our famous Imperial Shrimps from August to November.

  During a walk on the old salt marshes, you will learn about different techniques for raising oysters and prawns around historical and naturalist anecdotes: salt sites, the Gallo-Romans, the galloping channels, the crassats d oysters and their oystercatchers, then catering in front of the Claire of the Buissonnière Cabin.

A little pocket of heaven near Mornac! We arrived late after the end of a busy service yet we were still kindly offered wine and oysters - both delicious! Can’t wait to go back when we are next in the area

What better place than the Buissonnière cabin to enjoy fresh oysters. In a magnificent location, which inspires calm and serenity. Just contemplating the place makes you want to listen...the silence is extraordinary. We entered a small, nicely decorated cabin. Going down the steps, you are quickly put into the clear bath. The boss is very nice. We arrived a little early and didn't see the team, there was only the boss. Tasting wise, as pleasant as the place. You have oysters that range from 4 to 2 (knowing that the 4 is small and therefore the 2 are medium large) and of quality and freshness.... You also have the opportunity to taste graton (a type of local rillette). And all this with small, fresh white wines that make you feel good. Many other tastings await you, such as sea tapas, shrimp, etc.... You also have fish. This is REALLY the place to be to taste these pearls of the sea.

Excellent address than the Cabane bandenière. The seafood is prepared to order, is ultra fresh and delicious. Likewise, the homemade desserts, wines and beer are very recommended to accompany the Mussels or oysters. The kindness of the staff makes the moment perfect to discover a Charentaise cabin.
