It all started in the small oyster port of La Tremblade in Charente Maritime where Eutrope GEAY and his son Georges, the pioneers of the family, brought local markets to life with their charismatic personality and the exceptional quality of their oysters. It was only after the Second World War that René GEAY , from the ^3rd generation, went beyond regional borders and developed the reputation of GEAY Oysters by personally delivering to fishmongers throughout France. The legacy of this know-how is perpetuated by Patrice GEAY who perfects the techniques and develops a range of exceptional oysters ranging from fine de claire to grand cru oysters in order to establish his reputation at the national level.

Today, Adrien GEAY, proud of his parks which offer him his great wines, deploys his energy to make them known around the world.
