  Bikes reserved on the internet, 2 days before we were informed that the mountain bikes reserved had been sold and that we would have other, more basic bikes. First day of rental, a call at 10 a.m. informs us that the store is closed, home delivery of the bikes is offered, yet 1 hour later we still have nothing (even though we are the only ones) and cancel the day, making it clear that the store will be open the next day. The next day store closed again, no message. In the end we rented elsewhere, just rubbish.

  Super professional and fast service. Renting a bike is very simple. The person on site is friendly, customer-focused and very professional.
