  The manager is execrable, malicious, provocative, a person to avoid and should be banned from work and contact with children. 1st time we come as a family to have a good time, our child has a pee accident as soon as we get home, well, no luck we clean up and leave, the manager gives us a ticket for next time because she doesn't want to reimburse us. 2nd time I come back and the manager refuses me because I don't have socks. I tell her in a humorous tone that I don't plan to jump on the structures or even use the slide. My humor did not please her since at that moment she told me that "those are the rules" and was aggressive and violent!! I leave with no socks (lamentable) I find this dear lady in a carousel in Niort, I put my "resentment" aside and want to buy her a few rides for my child and this person, as incredible as she is, starts to refuse me, I explain to her that having a problem with me should not influence her behavior on my child to which she replies "I don't have to serve your children who will be like you". My family moves aside, I go alone and this lady gives me the 10€ card which would not be refundable or exchangeable for the very cool activity even though it was another ride, and also accuses me of having put bad comments (done).

  Nobody has a very unpleasant welcome, looks down on customers. Makes thoughts and allows you to talk badly to people. Unfortunately the mother didn't have any socks, she boasts of selling socks but refuses to sell them to us because I quote "it's only for tourists" The lady also refuses the refund in protest, the lady threatens the customers and is rude, First time here there was a pee accident, the lady asked us to leave and before we could even take our child to the toilet we had to clean it ourselves because the lady didn't want to take care of it and therefore forced us to leave again after cleaning. The reflections are dazzling and the atmosphere heavy, I recommend that people interested in a park quickly go elsewhere, in Puilboreau not very far away there is a fantastic park with staff who love children, that makes a change.
