  Not very friendly staff, I am a young mother who is used to coming here but I will never go back there again. They took me out of the water because I had swim trunks that I usually wear but they denied me and said that no, it wasn't true that it was forbidden, so I got out of the water. Subsequently, children arrived with swim trunks like me and we gave them access to the pool. I asked for a refund. The lady at the reception told me yes at first, but when I came back She told her colleague that she didn't want to reimburse me, so she changed her mind and no longer wanted to reimburse me even though she had said yes to me just before. There was a gentleman who came across this lady at the reception and asked me very sternly if I should accompany disabled children? I told him that no, I was accompanying my 4 year old granddaughter, he told me that in this case I would not be reimbursed, and if I couldn't swim I could just leave... and suddenly he was there coughing around me... (I didn't really understand why so many people were talking to me even though I'm a very calm, very gentle, single person. I didn't understand why they came as reinforcements like that, I felt attacked!!!) so I waited quietly for my daughters to finish bathing and I left, I had just come to relax with my daughters but falsely believe that I did not have the right... and I was not even refunded even though I was forbidden to swim.. and all the other staff looked at me badly the whole time my daughter was swimming…. Honestly, I feel like you took it out on me!!! I had been planning this day at your place for several weeks... moment of relaxation that I enjoyed with my 2 little girls! This was forbidden to me! Next time I would plan another swimming pool elsewhere with a little more human staff… ☺️ The You just ruined our day..^^ But it doesn’t matter ☺️ I would remain courteous and cheerful, unlike some 🤗

  We came to go to the hammam and from that aspect, we were very satisfied, it is really super hot and the sensory shower is nice. The oldest lifeguard was super nice, but the youngest was rude. BUT the real downside, the water is super cold, the jacuzzi sends out small jets of ice water, so if you want to experience a cold jacuzzi, go for it! Everything is cold, even the showers, several of us agreed. At this stage, there is no longer any pleasure in swimming and as a result, we are sick 😁 move on or head to the wellness area without going to the swimming pool.
