Welcomed by a young woman and her very friendly husband, We had a comfortable night (good bedding) but our son was sick so he cried a little. We receive a text from the hotel in the morning because we are making too much noise (excuse us for having a 12 month old child) isn't it easier to come and see people? Sorry if we disturb the other residents of the hotel but believe us, we didn't sleep any more than you. A person other than the couple who welcomed us even pointed out to us that the couple next door got up in a fury and that they couldn't take any more of us. (If you do not tolerate community life and children, you should not go to the hotel) We respectfully explain that our daughter had a nosebleed and unfortunately it was on the sheets. The person at reception charges us an extra €15 for the tasks. Because she herself pays extra for the laundry. We didn't soil the sheets on purpose, I don't call that service. At breakfast we also encounter a problem, two of us taste the pineapple juice and it fizzes and it stings, we tell the person in charge of breakfast who tastes it and who tells us ah no it doesn't sting at all (instead of kindly replacing it they stand up to us) I don't call that being at the service of your customers. It's a shame for this establishment, which has just been taken over in February, for not being more supportive of your hosts. Excellent evening staff Morning staff not great, Suggestion for bedrooms: a socket on each side of the bed would be nice. Good luck to you.
