This bungalow for 8 people with its enclosed garden is ideal for a stay in Charente-Maritime, with the family or with disabled people. It has a large living room, three bedrooms for a total of seven beds (6 single beds and 1 double bed), two shower rooms, two toilets. The layout of the rooms is very flexible to satisfy you at best. Pleasant in all seasons, its large picture windows open wide the 50m² living-dining room on a 70m² terrace. The size of the room allows to receive groups up to 20-25 people. They allow you to enjoy the first ray of sunshine in fine weather and its warmth in winter. In summer, the shaded canvas contributes to maintaining the freshness of the gîte and becomes the guardian of your moments of conviviality. The garden furniture and deckchairs invite you to relax. Boules pitch in front of the gîte, bring your pétanque equipment !
You have free internet access secured by WIFI and a large flat screen TV.
Children are welcome. Loan of baby equipment on request: high chair, travel cot, changing mat, bath, deckchair.
The gîte is open all year round and stays are à la carte outside of school holidays.
For large gatherings, the La Grange gite is combined with the Le Relais gite for groups of 15 people, with the La Fermette gite to receive groups of 20 people or with the La Fermette and Le Relais gites for groups of 23 to 25 people.
