Le Fournil is a 225m², 4-star gite for 12 people with 5 bedrooms, including 1 on the ground floor, 4 shower rooms and 4 toilets, an enclosed garden of 1,650m² and a covered garage.
The bay windows open wide onto a 100m² terrace sheltered from the westerly winds. Combining modernity and practicality, it is very well equipped and can accommodate groups of up to 24/25 people.
In winter, beautiful outbreaks in the wood stove will bring you together in the large living room of 80m².
It is located in a quiet hamlet in the pretty little medieval town of Surgères, close to shops and in a biodiversity setting.
Based on our experience in welcoming people with disabilities, it has been designed to be very comfortable and pleasant for everyone, including people with reduced mobility, visual, hearing or mental impairments.
The Tourism and Handicap label for the 4 disabilities will be requested in the fall of 2021.
