L' Ostréica is an oyster hut located by the sea, where its owners have been passionately raising and producing oysters for five generations. Present in all four corners of the Île de Ré, they cultivate a unique know-how, combining tradition and respect for the environment.
Wanting to share their craft, they created the Dealer d'iode event brand. These are immersive experiences that allow you to discover their oyster beds and learn more about oyster farming. Two versions are available: a tractor ride or a boat ride. To extend this discovery, they have also created traveling oyster bars designed to liven up private or professional events, offering authentic and friendly tastings.
