Island of Ré Sauniers Cooperative Producers' Shops / Delicatessen Shops in Ars-en-Ré

A real player in the economic life of the island, the Island of Ré Sauniers Cooperative today brings together 70 salt producers and employs 21 employees. It aims to be a quality company both commercially and environmentally, like its 400 photovoltaic panels.

The Cooperative also supports the installation of new salt workers, heirs to ancestral know-how, guaranteeing you a unique terroir salt harvested manually.

To the rhythm of the seasons, the work of the salt worker contributes to the maintenance and protection of a remarkable space that are the salt marshes where many species of birds nest in the middle of a flora particularly suitable.
