A story of passion for wine

Created by a passionate couple, La Cave des Demoiselles quickly established itself as a reference in the field. With solid experience, Raphaël and his partner crisscrossed the roads of France in search of the best vintages. Their expertise now allows them to offer a selection of refined products, ranging from wines to spirits, including artisanal creations. Each bottle available at the Cave tells a story, that of the winegrowers and the terroirs that saw them born.

      A selection focused on biodynamics

La Cave des Demoiselles also stands out for its commitment to the environment. Biodynamics is a priority for wine merchants. This production method is based on respect for natural cycles, particularly lunar and solar, and aims to preserve the balance of ecosystems. By choosing wines from biodynamic agriculture, La Cave des Demoiselles guarantees superior quality while respecting nature, fauna and flora. This approach makes it possible to offer authentic products, carrying ecological and ethical values.

Each product is carefully chosen for its unique characteristics, taste and history. I love this wine shop. I would like to point out that I don't like wine and don't drink it. However, I regularly visit this cellar. The welcome is always warm and the advice on pairing a wine with a meal or offering a bottle is always very relevant. In addition, the place is very beautiful and very welcoming. Many thanks for being able to create and bring this beautiful place to life.

A perfect dinner aperitif: quality and quantity are there. The wine suggestions are varied and qualitative. Finally, the manager is very welcoming. The only downside is that the outdoor lounge deserves renewal to be more comfortable.
