Since 1948, Laiterie Gilbert has been offering quality products in the Grenoble region, both to professional customers and individuals.

After more than 12 months of studying the project, and after more than 30 years of experience in the processing of dairy products for myself and accounting for my wife, we decided to settle down in Rochefort and create, in couple, our own business, under concession from Laiterie Gilbert : Cheeses coming directly from producers, dairy products produced by them, Italian and Savoyard charcuterie, quality delicatessen, grower wines selected by Bruno, oenologist and associate of Laiterie Gilbert...
