The MICHEL HUVELIN chocolate factory is a Niortaise institution (79000 NIORT) which settled in La Rochelle in 2009 in order to allow new customers to discover its products.
Master chocolate maker but also confectioner of angelica from the Marais Poitevin, we offer more than 60 different chocolate candies, "Great Origins" tablets, our homemade 49% hazelnut spread, a chocolate pastry corner, regional products high quality with our caramels with Echiré butter and fleur de sel from Ile De Ré and many other references in terms of delicacies and taste development.
