Through our profession, we shape the foreshore of our marine cultures, by small touches or by large operating parks imprinted on nature.
We are vigilant about the purity and respect of the waters because it is thanks to the sea that we can continue to work and produce oysters like a farmer in the middle of his wheat fields.
By coming to meet us at our Ostréicole Farm, we take the time to tell you about our passion , because an oyster is a lady who can be capricious in reaching maturity.
We make you taste our oysters to be able to choose, just out of the basin, on the edge of the marshes. You have all the flavor in your mouth with the view of our workplace; this can only give you the extent and accomplishment of the work for this product of choice!
