Have a good holiday in this accommodation of 110 m2 with 3 large bedrooms (3 beds 140 + 1 bed 90 in one of the rooms and 1 BB wooden bed in another) which each have their bathroom (shower, vanity unit) and WC), a large living room comfortable, living room with two sofas (including 1 convertible bed 140) with TV and a small library with books, dining room, fully equipped kitchen... (dishwasher, washing machine) linen, oven and microwave oven, electric hob, fridge and freezer...).

The necessary baby is available if you need it (cot with mattress, high chair, changing table, bath).

In summer, enjoy a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

The "garden" is several hectares... since you are in a vineyard. There will be no other tenant or neighbor nearby except rabbits, pheasants, partridges, flying swans and sometimes boars and deer... A large portico is available to children in the garden.

The rental is very well insulated (window and PVC insulating entrance door and double glazing) and well heated with central heating for the winter... otherwise we always have a good glass of cognac for the more cautious !!!
