      Ideally located to visit the largest tourist and historical centers of Charente-Maritime, in the heart of the Marennes-Oléron basin. Between La Rochelle and Royan, 15 minutes from the blond sand beaches.

      Chef Maxime Yoncourt 's table offers you fresh, local and tasty products. The menu varies according to the seasons and his inspiration, with starters from €19, main courses from €32 and desserts from €14 as well as set menus ranging from €49 to €130 for the most elaborate menus.


      Each room in the hotel has a view of the river crossing the Moulin and all are personalized. The decoration harmoniously combines the 18th century architecture of the residence with modern comfort : air conditioning, minibar, safe, flat screen, free WIFI access.

    Excellent address In August 2024 we said we would be there next year!! It's done. Always as good, staff at the top, attentive. Very nice cozy atmosphere for eating The setting is magnificent in April as in August... Excellent meal, great discoveries... We will come back again to taste other dishes...     Very beautiful presentation, the menu offered is a delight for the eyes and the palate. The staff is very professional. Very friendly setting, the welcome is like this restaurant, perfect.
