Jennifer will guide you upstairs to take your place in a warmly decorated room. Installed on the bench seat, you will discover a short menu that gives pride of place to seasonal products beautifully crafted by chef Benjamin who has already worked in starred restaurants. The dishes are colorful, rich in flavor thanks to fermented foods that are also good for your health.

You have to move away from the city center to reach Garde-Manger. But let’s face it, it’s worth it. Warm welcome in this restaurant/boutique which offers a limited number of tables and a small, cozy room upstairs. A 5-course menu is offered in the evening. It's good, well seasoned, good products, not too fatty or too sweet. We feel that the chef is in control with the right amount of originality for a very honest bill. That evening, a very creamy watercress soup, trout crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside, like carrots mixed wonderfully with a kumquat sauce. We'll come back!

The evening menu was perfect. Everyone praised the quality of the dishes. Very good restaurant.
