Coming from local markets, we favor the short circuit and work with local producers. Concerned about the quality of our products, we always check their origin. Sturgeon and meager from the Gironde estuary, asparagus, strawberries, snails, pineau, cognac, find all these local products according to the seasons. Vegetables from the vegetable garden, herbs, salads and fruits from our vegetable garden, eggs from our hens.

Yannick Prunier has chosen the most beautiful houses, starting with the Tour d'Argent in Paris, then the luxury caterers Potel and Chabot for which he will open in Moscow, Hédiart, head of the Société des Bains de Mer in Monaco, his international career has made him a very creative chef. Dominique Charles has an atypical career around the demanding clientele of private jets and luxury villas. She will devote herself to organizing prestigious receptions in Monaco.
Their love of homemade products and their profession brought them together around this 17th century building in order to be able to pamper their customers.
