Solid foundations for this young pair with unfailing dynamism. Anaïs trained at La Table de Meursac, with the late excellent Julien Massonnaud, while Olivier learned his skills alongside the very renowned Chef Jacques Le Divellec in his restaurant in La Rochelle.
