      Ideally located for visiting the largest tourist and historical centers of Charente-Maritime, in the heart of the Marennes Oléron basin. Between La Rochelle and Royan, 15 minutes from the blond sand beaches.

      Chef Maxime Yoncourt's table offers you fresh, local and tasty products. The menu varies according to the seasons and his inspiration, with starters from €19, main courses from €32 and desserts at €14 as well as set menus ranging from €49 to €130 for the most elaborate menus.

      Each room in the hotel has a view of the river crossing the Moulin and all are personalized. The decoration harmoniously combines the 18th century architecture of the residence with modern comfort : air conditioning, minibar, safe, flat screen, free WIFI access.

    Very pleasant place and the food is very very good, tastefully presented. The hotel and the room are very good with breakfast overlooking the river.
