Cognac Fougerat Fanny is a small Cognac house created in 2013. The philosophy of the estate is to highlight the family know-how and reveal the terroirs of the appellation with unique and original wines. The objective is to enhance the brand through a more contemporary vision of cognac.

Coming from a family of winegrower-distillers for 4 generations, I made the choice to propose winegrower cognacs, without blending, natural, with a strong typicity. Previously, all the production was sold to the big trading houses.

The vineyard has two crus in the Cognac appellation : Fins Bois and Borderies. With my husband, we manage the vineyard in sustainable viticulture, the harvest, the distillation, the aging and the marketing.

PRESENTATION OF THE VISITS

Take advantage of a privileged moment to discover and exchange with a winemaker-distiller. We welcome you to the distillation site of the estate, at the foot of the stills, to discover the processes of of Cognac, its history and the specificities of the house.

The Discovery Tour continues with an introductory tasting session: two cognacs and two pineau des Charentes with selected matches to awaken your senses (taste and smell).

In the Immersion Tour, deepen your Cognac experience, go further on the different facets and techniques of the elaboration. Discover the complete range during the guided tasting (4 Cognacs + 2 Pineau des Charentes) by also awakening your senses.
These two visit formulas reveal the complexity of Cognac in a playful and educational approach.
