    • ARTISANAL KNOW-HOW IN THE HEART OF THE ISLE OF RÉ

La Biscuiterie de Ré, located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, is a place for gourmets and lovers of artisanal products and local flavors.

Since its creation, Biscuiterie de Ré has favored the use of quality raw materials, mostly from the region. By working with local suppliers, the company participates in the economic dynamism of the island and promotes the artisanal know-how of the region.

BISCUITS WITH AUTHENTIC AND VARIED FLAVORS

La Biscuiterie de Ré offers a wide range of biscuits that seduce with its diversity and very different tastes. Among the specialties, we find:

      •  The essential shortbread with fleur de sel from the Ile de Ré, seaweed, caramel chips and chocolate chips.
      •  Lemon cake (oyster-shaped) with lemon essential oils, La Petite Rétaise stamped RE.
      •  Brioche Rétaise : the best on the island, our customers praise it.

But also cakes, madeleines, etc. and almond or pistachio macaroons, the Congolese are gluten-free products.

Respect for the seasons is at the heart of our concerns, with creations that evolve over the months, thus offering a renewed and adapted offer for each moment.

To accompany all these sweet treats, the shop offers jamshoneycaramel coulis or spreads selected from local producers.

A commitment to quality : all our biscuits, brioches, cakes, madeleines, etc. are free of preservatives and additives.

A small biscuit shop on the island - the sweet brioche was delicious but we weren't won over by the salty brioche for an aperitif or by the madeleines - too bad 😔
